Overview
Kuberns is a self-funded startup platform I helped build from the ground up — offering a seamless multi-step application deployment process that rivals managed cloud providers at a fraction of the cost.
The core user experience is a deployment wizard: users connect their GitHub account, select a repository, configure resources (servers, databases, Redis, background workers), and deploy — all through an intuitive UI. I built the complete user dashboard including the deployment flow, service management, real-time log viewer, and resource scaling controls.
The infrastructure monitoring system gives users full visibility into service health, resource usage, and error rates — reducing manual operational overhead by 95%. On the business side, I built the billing system (credits, data transfer tokens) and a partner program that allows users to offset monthly bills, reducing deployment costs by up to 90%.
For internal use, I built a comprehensive monitoring dashboard giving the support and dev teams real-time visibility into the entire system workflow — from new user signups to resource allocation and service health.
